I asked at Customer Service at Superstore today if they had any of the forms that it talks about in the flyer to mail in for your $25 gift card. They were clueless. But I just found one that someone posted online!! Here's the link:

I used $17.50 worth of coupons today (on products that I usually buy anyway)! I realized later that there were other ones I could have used, like the in-store one where you save $3 if you buy 3 Kellogg's products. I also got the $25 gift card for spending $250. I may have spent half of my grocery budget for the month, but I'm well stocked now!
